Payment and access enquiries
For faster assistance, write from the email address used for your Applied Reads account and include your payment order ID, if available. Do not send card, UPI PIN, OTP, or banking credentials by email.
Refund requests
Please include the purchase email, order ID, payment date, and a short description of the issue. Eligible requests are handled under our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
