These terms govern your access to appliedreads.com and the Applied Reads digital learning service. By creating an account, purchasing membership, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Operator and service
Applied Reads is a digital educational service created and operated by Vikram Anand. It turns personal-growth and business book ideas into structured lessons, application checklists, reflections, and progress tools. The launch membership includes the published library shown on the website and may be expanded or improved over time.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. Each membership is intended for one individual and may not be shared, resold, transferred, or used to provide access to others.
3. Payment and access
Applied Reads is offered as a one-time lifetime membership at the price shown during checkout. Payments are processed securely by an authorized payment service provider. Access is activated only after successful server-side payment verification. Lifetime access means access for as long as Applied Reads continues to operate the service; it does not create ownership of the platform, software, or content.
4. Personal-use licence
We grant active members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Applied Reads for personal learning. All website design, software, lesson structures, text, checklists, and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, publish, sell, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the service.
5. Responsible use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, automate extraction, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms.
6. Educational disclaimer
Applied Reads is provided for education and personal development. It is not financial, medical, legal, psychological, employment, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee particular personal, career, relationship, health, or financial results.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may maintain, update, reorganize, replace, or discontinue features and content where reasonably necessary. We may also update these terms; the latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Purchases are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Applied Reads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
